Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; limits and features adjust to the new plan. Invoiced customers can also be set up on a manual plan by the operator.
The workspace blocks the action that would exceed the limit (for example creating another product or passport) and points to the plan that raises it. Passports you have already published stay available.
