Accessibility statement
Information about access to these public pages and how to report a barrier.

Scope and standard
This statement covers the public marketing pages, authentication screens, customer console, supplier portal and public passport views served by this deployment. Third-party pages and customer-authored documents are outside the operator's direct control, although accessible formats and content are encouraged.
The product uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its engineering target. This is a target, not a conformance claim: full conformance can be stated only after representative pages, states, languages and user journeys have been evaluated.
Measures built into the service
The interface uses semantic regions and headings, labelled form controls, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus, skip links, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support. Automated checks, code review and user feedback support ongoing improvement, but automated testing alone cannot establish accessibility.
Known limitations and customer content
A formal independent audit has not yet been recorded, so undiscovered barriers may remain. Complex data tables, charts, generated codes, uploaded PDFs and customer-authored product content require particular review. Some third-party authentication, payment or embedded tools may have separate accessibility limitations.
Customers should supply meaningful image alternatives, accessible documents, understandable labels and reviewed translations for the content they publish through the service.
Feedback and assistance
Report a barrier through the general contact below. Include the page or workflow, what you were trying to do, the browser and assistive technology if you wish, and an accessible way to contact you. Do not include passwords, access tokens or unnecessary health information.
The operator acknowledges a report within five working days, investigates it, offers a reasonable accessible alternative where possible and tells you the outcome. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can contact the authority responsible for accessibility in your EU Member State.
Assessment and review
Representative public pages were checked with automated accessibility tests (Lighthouse and axe) on 15 October 2026 and the issues found were fixed. A conformance level will be claimed only after a manual evaluation, published with its method, tested scope, known exceptions and date. This statement is reviewed after material interface changes and at least once a year.
