Create versioned passports with guided category forms, product identifiers, custom fields and organization-specific rules. Bulk import and API keys support repeatable data entry.

Request supplier declarations, attach documents, track expiry and compare statements across sources. Missing or conflicting evidence remains visible to reviewers.

Compliance preparation
Run category and market-scoped checks, inspect findings, watch rule-pack changes and prepare regulator-facing exports. These tools do not replace legal or technical assessment.

Publication and interoperability
Publish a reviewed, redacted consumer passport and connect it to QR, GS1 Digital Link, DataMatrix and EPCIS event feeds. Marketplace feeds are reviewable exports until vendor accounts and connectors are configured.

Advanced analysis
Explore screening carbon estimates, declared footprint reports, materials, substance screening and supply-chain exposure. Licensed datasets and third-party verification remain separate requirements for verified claims.

Evidence graph and field provenance
Record a claim once, back it with reviewed, hash-pinned documents and see every passport that relies on it. Each passport field shows where its value came from: the supplier response, the documents and their issuer, the reviewer, the rules that read it and the version that introduced it. Expiring evidence is ranked by how many passports it leaves without support.

Product structure and item-level identity
Link component passports into the product that contains them, with where-used views and recall alerts across the structure. Generate up to a million serialized item identities per job that resolve through GS1 Digital Link to their model passport, each with its own lifecycle status, and export them for printing and encoding.

Integration hub and industrial exchange
Map ERP, PIM or PLM exports and HTTPS feeds to product fields and passport data once, preview every change, then apply it as new passport versions on demand or daily. Passports also export as Asset Administration Shells (AAS metamodel V3 JSON) for digital twin tooling.

Multi-tier suppliers and lifecycle partners
Suppliers can forward questions to their own suppliers, optionally keeping that identity private, while answers and documents flow back into the passport's supply-chain view. Repairers and recyclers with an approved access grant read their projection of the passport and report repairs, inspections and recycling for your decision.

Organization access controls
Single sign-on with SAML or OpenID Connect, SCIM provisioning, multi-factor authentication, role-based permissions, four-eyes approval for publication overrides and restricted access grants, and an audit log whose entries are hash-chained so later changes are detectable.
