Order product and passport data entry
Pay per product, work with an assigned rédacteur and review the data before publication.

Pay per product, work with an assigned rédacteur and review the data before publication.
Order and pay
The organisation owner or admin opens Data-entry service, chooses the number of products and adds source links or instructions. The total is the product quantity multiplied by the current unit price. Existing orders retain their original price. This one-time service is separate from your subscription.
Upload your source files
After payment, return to the order page and upload a product CSV plus supporting PDFs or images. You may upload several files, each up to 20 MB, with a limit of 100 files and 250 MB total per order. Files stay private to your organisation and the assigned rédacteur. The files are source material, not automatically imported products or published evidence.
Prepare assigned drafts
After payment, a platform administrator assigns a rédacteur. The platform writer opens My data-entry assignments, reads the uploaded CSV and documents, enters the product facts and uses the category's guided passport form, then submits each entry. Only the assigned writer can edit these service drafts; submitted entries are locked until the reviewer requests corrections.
Approve and publish
Your organisation owner or admin reviews the entry and either requests corrections with a note or approves it. Approval creates a product and a draft passport together, subject to the normal schema and plan checks. Follow Validate and publish passport to perform the existing publication checks. Rédacteurs cannot approve or publish.
Screen-by-screen reference
These pages were checked in the organization console on 8 October 2026 using an isolated sample organization. Controls can differ by role, plan, record state and configured providers. Each page below explains its purpose, a practical workflow, the visible controls and what to verify afterward.
Data-entry service (/data-entry)
The service lists paid preparation orders and explains how to order a batch of product records for review.
Review quantity and source-material expectations before checkout, then monitor the order rather than assuming payment creates finished passports. Once staff submit prepared items, inspect each identity and structured field yourself. Approval creates a draft that still needs the organization's normal evidence, validation, and publication workflow.
Payment and staff preparation do not publish a passport for you.
Controls and options
- Use the order form to choose quantity and describe the source material; the calculated total is shown before checkout.
- Open order to upload CSV, PDFs or images after payment and track assigned work.
- Review each submitted item and either approve its draft product/passport or request corrections.
Data-entry order (/data-entry/[id])
The order detail keeps instructions, source uploads, prepared items, review notes and approval actions together.
Keep source uploads and review notes with the same order so a reviewer can compare staff-entered data to its documents. For each prepared item, approve only when product identity, category, and structured sections match the sources; otherwise request corrections with a specific note. The approval action writes a draft, never a public release.
Only the authorized organization roles can approve prepared entries.
Controls and options

- Inspect each product identity and structured passport section before approval.
- Approve entry and create draft passport writes a draft for the accepted item.
- Request corrections sends the item back with your review note.
