Open a support conversation, reply to the team and follow its progress.
Start and follow a conversation
Open Support chat in your organisation dashboard, enter a subject and describe the issue. Your organisation's members share the conversation. The support team replies here; messages refresh automatically. Load earlier messages to read the history. Close a resolved conversation or reopen it to continue.
Screen-by-screen reference
These pages were checked in the organization console on 8 October 2026 using an isolated sample organization. Controls can differ by role, plan, record state and configured providers. Each page below explains its purpose, a practical workflow, the visible controls and what to verify afterward.
Support conversations (/support)
Support chat creates and lists organization-visible conversations with the platform team.
Describe the exact page, action, expected result, and observed result when opening a conversation. Use the list and status badge to follow up in the same thread rather than creating duplicates for one issue. Keep credentials and unnecessary personal information out of messages and attachments.
Avoid putting passwords, API tokens or unnecessary personal data in messages.
Controls and options
- Enter a subject and a clear description of the page, action and result you expected; Send to support starts the conversation.
- Open an existing conversation to read staff replies and continue the thread.
- Use the status badge to see whether the case is open, in progress or closed.
Support thread (/support/[id])
The thread preserves message order and refreshes while visible.
Read earlier messages before replying so the platform team has one ordered account of the issue. A failed send can be retried; wait for the thread to confirm delivery before sending the same text again. Close the conversation when resolved, and reopen it if new information belongs to the same case.
Closing a conversation does not delete its history.
Controls and options
- Send message adds a reply; a failed send can be retried without creating a duplicate.
- Load earlier messages appears when the thread has older history.
- Close conversation stops further messages until Reopen conversation is selected.
- Return to the inbox to browse other organization conversations.
